Question CTD when returning to HQ after scouting with Jammer and Ophelia, Buffout4 saying problems with SS & Conqueror

As described, O get a CTD when trying to return to home base after the scouting mission in the Conquerors story arc. I have optimised my load order and identified issues using LOOT, cleaned the plugins having issues using xEdit, verified game files, etc. and nothing has worked.
Attached is a buffout4 error log generated which seems to point to SS & Conquerors as the culprits from what i can tell, however I'll be completely honest when I say I don't have much experience with these kinds of error logs
