Question CTD after scouting with Jammer and trying to return to home base. Buffout4 saying problems with SS & Conqueror

As described, I get a CTD when trying to return to home base (Starlight Drivein) after the scouting mission around DC in the Conquerors story arc. I have optimised my load order and identified issues with plugins using LOOT, cleaned the plugins having issues using xEdit, verified game files, etc. and nothing has worked.
Attached is a buffout4 error log generated which seems to point to SS & Conquerors as the culprits from what I can tell however I'll be completely honest when I say I don't have much experience with these kinds of error logs

It's pointing to a NIF file from Industrial Revolution (data\meshes\SS_IndRev\Props\FiberOpticSpool.nif) and a texture (Materials\Vehicles\Automotive\Truck01c.BGSM). Is it a repeatable crash? Do you haver multiple crash logs?

Hi Guardian, thanks for your reply.

Yes the error is repeatable, every time I try to approach starlight drive in (my main base for Conqueror).

I've attached 3 more logs that I just generated, the first is when I approach on foot from the direction of the Corvega factory in Lexington, the second when I try to fast travel straight to the drive in, and the third when I fast travel to the Drumlin Diner. In both fast travel instances the game crashes on the loading screen (obviously Drumlin is close enough that whatever is causing it has already kicked in).

All of your logs have a mention of data\meshes\SS_IndRev\Props\FiberOpticSpool.nif

This could mean that this mesh has an issue but as far as you go, you could try removing it from the BSA archive (using Archive2, a tool that is shipped with the Creation Kit) and see if you're able to reach the settlement without it.

Hi Guardian, sorry sound like a dope but I've never edited a BSA archive.
I've found some guides on using Archive2 and I have the exe, and I'm going to back up the archive before I do anything, but could you please tell me which BSA archive I need to edit? Where is it?

Sorry, not BSA. Fallout 4 has BA2 archives. You should take a look in the Main.ba2 archive for SimSettlements 3-in-1 (you need to know the installation path of your mod manager to know where the mod is). If the mod was deployed with Vortex, then I'm not sure. Maybe you'll find the file following that path wherever Fallout 4 is installed?
