CTD after loading save a 2nd time

I am not sure this as SSM 2 issue, and wanted to ask or see if anyone else is experiencing this issues. When I load a save a 2nd time I get CTD and am no longer able to load the save. This will also 'corrupt' any saved game that was saved around the same time. I originally thought this was an error on my end and reinstalled FO4 and all mods for a fresh slate, but the problem has arose about 10 levels in again.

Here is the end of the log. It ends with SSM2:

Just wanted to say that I'm getting the same issue. I have not removed SS2 mid-playthrough whatsoever.

i have to agree with that
i have a big modlist but ss2 was the culprit
i start with start me up and go through the menus and once i spawn in the location i chosed after i save
each time i load the save it just ctd
but i removed ss2 and tried to load the save and to my suprise the save actually loaded

In my case, I discovered that SS2 was not the culprit. My game was crashing because I was using an Nvidia Driver beyond 442. Supposedly 445 is when it started being bad for Fallout 4? Though not widespread, strangely enough. Rolling back to 442 fixed my crashing.
