Solved Crash on Approaching or Fast Traveling to Sunshine Tidings.

Hello.
Whenever I try to fast travel to or approach Sunshine Tidings, my game CTD's immediately, with no freezing or anything first. I don't know if this is a bug or if it's something of my own doing, but I've done nothing in the settlement (that I can remember) besides run the city plan included in the main mod. Is there anything I can do about this? I have tried entering tai and tcl into the console before fast travelling, turning off auto assign, lowering the multi-threading, forcing it to respect build limits, and uninstalling spring cleaning, none of which have made a difference. I have a semi-decent computer; RTX 2060, i7-9750, and 16gb of ram, so hopefully that isn't the issue. My load order is pictured below. Thanks for any help.

Oh, it happens. :unknw
Nothing jumps out in your load order and your pc specs are not the problem.

The first stop is here: :bye my recommendation.

Please check out the guide. It's a good thing. :friends

I also think this is good to check out also.

And do this:

:acute hopefully, the above can help.

If nothing works? Then using the linked guide above try the remote detonate and start the location over.

Hi!
Thank you for your quick and kind help. Turns out the only thing that fixed it was using the console for remote self-destruct, so thank you for pitching that to me! Hopefully next time the problem doesn't persist, though at least now I know what to do about it.
