Constant crashing, need some help

Hey all, I keep crashing, it was completely fine up to yesterday, over 24hours into this game.
I really don't want to lose my progress, as such I have 4 logs which show constant script use of SS2. No idea why this is happening, is there a way to stop it?
Any help is appreciated as I don't know much about modding and fixing this type of stuff.

List of mod load order attached as TXT file, logs attached in a zip file.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Thanks for your reply, what mods are conflicting? I know it says something about settlement limits slashed but I have finished all of the quests already and the issue has only recently appeared, quite a long time after finishing the quests. But I have now changed my load order, it seems that LOOT isn't as good as people say it is when it comes to sorting mods.

Edit, it crashed again with the updated load order. Here is the crash log

hey thanks for your help, I am still having issues with crashing. I have had a quick read through the crash logs, it says that it "cannot be initialized because the script no longer contains that property". Any ideas?
Thanks!

Missing property? Did you uninstall a mod mid game?

No, the only ones that I did were the Building limit ones just before.

I just installed something called buffout 4, apparently, this does help sometimes, it did not. Do you know if there is a way to force stop a script?

After spending over 2 hours trying to get Buffout 4 to work it has stopped crashing, I have no idea what Buffout 4 has done but it seems to of fixed the issue!
