Question Completely lost oh my God

Apparently when I was told I can upgrade Sims settlements 2,
I didn't realize I didn't have enough space and I lost everything I was doing with the Sim settlements 2 mod , attempting to get more space I removed every single game and all but 50 of my appsView attachment 13882 from my storage but still cannot regain enough space?! I could not return back to what it was prior to the upgrade I would have been happy just for that but it won't! It's the only settlements I ever had but it did allow me to download Sim settlements 3 in 1 View attachment 13881but I have no idea how it works I mean it doesn't have a separate tag like Sim settlements to had or at least I can't find it ?I don't know where it's at? Sim2 was at the end of my toolbar in the gameView attachment 13883 right there past the radar helmet I've looked through the other tools but can I find Sim settlements three-in-one anywhere?
Is there any way possible for me to just go back to the Sim settlements 2 prior to the upgrade I mean that would be fine with me

I was under the impression that Xbox one had a terabyte of hard drive so I don't understand how or why 1010.33 megabytes will not fit somewhere in 700 gigabytes of free space? Am I mistaken isn't there a thousand megabytes in one gigabyte? I'm completely computer illiterate and maybe I have it backwards I don't know? In my load order areas says I only have 3 8 .0 8 megabytes of free space? I'm completely lost my phone is it 4% my camera won't work so I can't show you

So I'm not 100% sure I understand your entire situation but I'll do my best here:

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "upgrade" because Sim Settlements 3-in-1 is a combination of Sim Settlements, the Industrial Revolution expansion, and Rise of the Commonwealth expansion. It is OLDER than Sim Settlements 2.

As for the missing menu option in the workshop mode - If you changed the mods in an existing save instead of making a new save, that could be part of the problem. Installing new mods into an existing game often causes problems.

Another part could be that you haven't done the part of the quest that "unlocks" that menu? I know in SS2 there's a magazine you need to pick up, and if I recall correctly, in Sim Settlements 1, you needed to pick up the ASAM sensor pack and holotape from the museum.
