No Response Compatible Modlist?

Does anyone have a list of mods that play nice with Sim Settlements? I've been thinking about playing with Conquerer, but I wanted to add a bunch of changes to graphics, clothes and weapons to leveled lists, as well as custom UI, but I'm worried about compatibility, especially since I like to use things like Raider Overhaul and Simple Settlers.

BiRaitBec's list works flawlessly with 3-in-1 (even though he only suggests using SS + IR), although with maxed out texture options lvl3 cities drop fps by a ton.

That's great! I was thinking of following that one. I'll see how it works out.

A word of warning, sometimes its better to accept the graphics limit of Fallout 4 plus its engine. I know top end PC's can push it, I own one, but then I also know that when things go wrong, they break badly.
