Commonwealth Rising and Remote Management - Jake won't talk

I can't get Jake to talk on both "Commonwealth Rising" after i built the Antenna Upgrade and "Remote Management" after i got the chair from the Memory Den.
After completing both quests i get a message on the radio from Jake saying he want to meet in the Comm Relay room. He has the quest target marker over his head and is working at the relay but he doesn't react when i activate him.

No amount of sleeping or waiting will change this.

Anyone else? Thoughts?

After sitting and waiting and sleeping for about 3 ingame days, and after posting a new thread in the hopes of getting answer here on the forums, i alt-tab back to my game and only to find Jake being in my face with the followup of the quest.
No idea what i did... but it works now.
