So I started off just wanting to make a quest oriented postal service mod (interior plots, post office bldg. plans found via a postal office in concord that leads to an automated processing center blah blah blah) and then thought, while writing my road map what other govt agencies would be logical. Unfortunately I ended up watching Ghostbusters and decided on an EPA mod (with better water filtration building plans and a couple of quests in downtown Boston) which logically led to Walter Peck needing to be an NPC.

Thanks for reading this far and this will be my first foray into modding for FO4 after a 15 year absence from coding or modding so expect slow slow slow progress. Also, if anyone knows anything about making custom hair I'd love to get Walter a better haircut and beard.

sounds like a cool idea :)

no idea about the hair mods hehe most of those kind of mods go for girls hair
