Commercial Plot Bug

Xbox. Noticed the same bug on a YouTube clip.

came up after I completed the quest to unlock pet stores:
1. The pet store plot does not work. The npc will not be able to sell pets. The plot does not upgrade and nothing happens.

2. bigger issue is that I can no longer select what commercial plot to build. The only option is the “random” option now.

Side bug
On Xbox the ss1settlement layout pack does not load into SS2 and is not available.

The pet store plot does not work. The npc will not be able to sell pets.

The latest SS2 v1.0.14 should fix this.

The plot does not upgrade and nothing happens.

You most likely do not have enough res plots to support the upgrade. You can change the commercial requirement setting to population or none to fix this.

SS2 does not support any SS1 content.
