Command/tool to unassign single settler from everything

I know the town gavel has the option to unassign everyone from everything but in this case the settlement have 25 people and I really don't want to do that and go about reassigning everyone.

But settler "Odette" is causing problems for me, when I scan her, her job tittle is written at the hobby section, I keep assigning her to different jobs and hobbies but she gets unassigned automatically, the scanner still shows messed up tittles.

So I was wondering if there were a console command (or a tool that I'm missing) to unassign a spesific settler from everything?

I have used this mod extensively with Sim Settlements to get settler assignments right. I don't suggest using it to assign settlers, only to unassign them.

I've found that you have to "clear the way" for reassignments. If you assigning someone from one job/hobby/home to another that's already occupied, it's not very effective. I've always had to move the person in the job I'm trying to claim for another first. Example: George has the job/house/hobby Odette should have. I reassign George into position that's unoccupied (or just transfer to different settlement), make sure the job/house/hobby is unassigned, then assign Odette to it/them.

I REALLY wish that was true. I have a settler who simply will not unassign from a house she is ‘assigned’ to, even though I sent her to another settlement, and she’s assigned to a house there. I’ve tried so many things…I cannot understand why this is not working. Any ideas what can work? I’ve waited many, many in-game days.

Alternatively the mod settlement management software can be used. I've used to to fix settler assignments before. It sees plots as just another workshop object.

Did you try sending the settler to a settlement that has 0 population? Did you try assigning the offender to a vanilla bed?

It seems you are paying on xBox so console commands are worthless to you.

IIRC, with SS1, SMS did not do so well. It definitely failed when trying to assign someone to a plot. I have not tried it with SS2. I also do not know if there is an xBox version.

I never used it for assignment, only un-assignment and that worked fine for me, even with SS1. I also don't know if there is an xBox version.

A somewhat unconventional way to snatch an NPC from an assignment would be to use a follower mod. I use Amazing Follower Tweaks (AFT). With this I can assign any NPC as a follower. Releasing him into the settlement makes him a normal settler again. This should work in any case.
