Suggestion Combat Zone!

Yeah I realize this is probably a lot of work, and there’s already a couple mods that mess with it, but they have issues. Anyway I think it’d be a great location to add to your gang where your gang takes it and runs the bar and fighting arena which generates you money for your HQ. Just a thought...... Vanilla Combat Zone always was way too boring for how it looked.
 
Combat Zone Restored already adds all you could every wish for though
Have seen vids about this cut content, but I've never actually tried it. Guess I'll see if it's on Xbox.

Update: apparently not on Xbox. Unless it's named so differently that a basic search can't bring it up.

The combat zone could also give raiders xp at a faster rate then the training yard plots

Not only will the Combat Zone have to be made into a settlement so raiders can live there, but special code would have to be written to allow the arena to work, probably with special buffs to training as you said.

The mod is still in development, with many features yet to come. I don't think Kinggath is up for extra work. Who knows, this might be added later, but I doubt it would be soon.
 
Believe me, we're aware of basically every location and story in the vanilla game (kind of have to be). We've had our eye on the combat zone for a while, but as others have stated, the vanilla interior cell is problematic. That being said, never say never. Just remember conqueror development is slow (for the bar we've set for quality). It's already taken us a year just to get through ch1 (and won't release the finale til after the one year mark).

recycling and elaborating on weird/finessed stuff beth has done, and doing so with an eye to quality is a huge challenge.

aside from combat zone, i wish deadly raiders/gunners of the commonwealth fit together with SS-C.
of course, i wish all these bits and more integrated together. but, more than that, i'd like challenging, impactful and reliable SS-C functionality.

haven't even played deep in the jammer questline and already impressed.
