Colored candles and lanterns

I was wondering if anyone could make a mod adding various color lamps and candles I remember back when morrowind came out the joy of collecting multi colored lanterns and candles and placing them everywhere making a town look real cool at night

I know there's a mod for hanging lanterns under lighting.

But the downside is that it's a equippable item, an not a item you place down for decoration.
