Question City plan menu.

Is there any way to have all settlements have a preplanned city plan? I downloaded the mod halfway through my playthrough and potial settlements do not spawn witha city plan. Any way to reset that? Thank you

Which settlements are you looking for? I think the main 30 settlements do have a basic 1 level city plan. You need to assign a settler to the planner's desk to trigger it to build.
