I just completed a raid and killed everybody i needed to. But all my captives are still sitting down after 5 mins. What did I miss.????/

Question Captives not getting back up after raid finished

The code that handles everything when you take over a settlement takes a few minutes to run. By design the settlers are kept down to stop them getting back up and turning hostile before the code has completed.
