Captain America's Sanctuary

I decided to make Captain America, and I'm following through on how I understand he thinks and acts. And while I did plot out an actual backstory etc, this is where we show the settlements. So here's Cap's Sanctuary so far.
PS I built a lot before I even found Sim Settlements and any feedback is always welcome.

These look really nice. I love boardwalks and use the a lot in my settlements, but I never came to think of making one to Sanctuary.
