Solved Cant get the liberator factions to show up on the war desk no matter what i do, is there something obvious im missing?

Title. Im also playing on VR if that makes any difference. I installed the children of atom conqueror pack and that loads in after i give the desk a minute or two and then rebuild it, but i cant get the Atom liberator pack or the minutemen pack to work. Ive tried building the desk and leaving it for an hour of irl time, loading previous saves, fast traveling, so many reinstalls, but nothing will get the liberators on that board. posting my load order but as far as i can see i have all the necessary mods to make everything work. The versions of sim settlements and conqueror im using are both 4.0.4 and the workshop framework im using is 1.1.9

Hi! Have you checked the pages of the liberator faction packs you've added to see if they require anything specific to start them up? I'm the mod author of Atom's Glory, and it requires that you go investigate what killed the children of atom at Jalbert's Brothers Disposal - there are some items you'll need to pick up to start the quest. Check the Nexus page or the Bethesda.net page for details. Having both Children of Atom faction packs active at the same time is not supported, since the Atom's Glory faction pack checks your progress from how many settlements that are in the control of the children of atom - and if any are in control of Mr Needles' Conqueror CoA faction pack that will mess up the calculations. (Keep in mind that uninstalling mods during a playthrough is not supported either.)

I'm not familiar with the Minutemen faction pack, but I can guess that it requires you to be the General before you can start setting up your faction.

I was aware of the quest requirements but i had assumed that even if i hadn't completed them that they would show up on the war desk as locked behind quests, i was already general so i went to check if the quest for the atoms glory pack had loaded in at jalbert brothers and it hadn't either. So i wanted to check your modpage again before i replied and i finally found the answer. It was never a problem with the war desk, whatever version fallout 4 vr is it is not version 1.10.162 or later and im guessing the minutemen pack has similar requirements :(. But I'm happy to report version 1.0.0 of atoms glory works for vr! Thank you for replying it got me to re-examine things properly!
 
Ah yes - the old issue with VR not being patched for the new version header. The easiest way to fix that so that you can use mods created for newer versions of the game is to either get the patcher mod from here or learn how to fix it yourself for each mod with FO4edit - as described in this post, section 3 and 4 (the post is made for SS2, but it's the same procedure for any mod which has the new header).

This way you can use the updated versions of Atom's Glory (with all the added new content).
