Question Can't Assign Vassal Leader/City Plan at Desk (Abernathy)

Greetings!

I noticed mentioned in the patch video and the patch notes:

City Planner’s Desks are now active in Vassal settlements even if Control Vassal Settlements is turned OFF.

• This will allow you to donate items and change City Plans and Leaders in Vassals you control.

I have SS 3-in-1 and conqueror 4.0.10 and have control vassals and upgrade vassal cities on, but I cannot assign a leader at Abernathy, or change city plans, the options just are not there, I can control the asam sensors which is nice. Just wondering if anyone else noticed this. I will try to acquire another vassal settlement and see if it's just an abernathy thing.

Are you still having this issue? This is something I personally tested in that patch and saw it working, so I'm curious if it was a fluke for you.

Thanks for reaching back on this. I am sure you are super busy. I have not taken another vassal yet. Trying to get my raider numbers back up. Def still doesn't work in Abernathy.Regardless, thanks for all your hard work on SS, only reason I still play fo4 after all this time.

Can you enable vassal control, assign a city leader and then disable vassal control again and see do they stay as city leader.

The assign city leader doesn't even show up, and the change flag gives the indication that they are a vassal. Just tried again with ten pines. Thanks for the response!
