Cannot get the resource panel to display in native resolution.

I play on a laptop with a 1920x1200 (16:10) display not a 1920x1080 (16:9) display, and unless I set game to play at 16:9 (looks awful and stretched) the Resource Panel will not show up. Any help fixing this would be awesome.

You could try this in the city manager holotape:

Options > HUD > Reload Positions/Scales.
