Solved cannot get any settlements or city plans to show up in the "pre" game menu.

So I started one Playthrough where I just clicked the noticed that the default startup. Noticed the building Settlements part got done quite quickly. So I checked and nothing had happened.

When I try and start a new game this is what I see:

I think I should have everything I need: HudFramework, Workshop Framework, Sim Settlements, RotC - Complex City Plans, Sim Settlements - Conqueror. (In this load order, but I have tried other ones) I have disabled all other mods, reinstalled the sim mods, to try and get this working but no luck. If I go with the defaults its "done" in like 5 seconds.

I have no idea why this is happening, if anyone has any bright ideas let me know. Thanks.
Also I am kinda new to Fallout 4 modding, so I might be missing something real obvious.

Never mind... turns out I am a tiny bit stupid. Should have downloaded the Sim Settlements - Three In One. Or at least that's what fixed it ... I think.
