I was thinking of creating faction/buildings base on canibals. I build a lot in 76 and was wondering where do I start. Are the videos for ss1 still work for creating something for ss2 ?

The team is creating a new Sim Settlements 2 - Builder's Toolkit, which will show step by step how to create and make SS2 mods.
