Can I see stock SS2 City Plans before trying them?

I added ROTC for SS2 because I like some of the layouts it provided in my SS1 playthrough; but not all of them. So for some places, I am considering the stock city plans that came with SS2 but before I decide to use them I would like to see what they look like when built up, rather than invest the time and resources only to wish I had gone with the ROTC (or some other) version instead. Is there somewhere that shows the finished designs of the generic layouts that come with SS2?

I am not aware of anywhere that shows what they look like.

Now it might not be easy but there is a work around available in game.
1) do a hard save before selecting the city plan. that way if you don't like it you can always roll back the save.
2) turn off city plan costs so that way if you don't like the city layout it doesn't cost you any resources.

You might ask in the Wiki help section if they would be interested in pictures of the basic city plans for the wiki.

I use these cause my PC can't handle anything else. They're really basic, just plots placed reasonably around the settlements making use of what space there is with mostly 2x2 plots. They also mix vanilla assets in to save space, such as beds and junk collectors. Most include 1 recreational plot and there's a spot for water, power and a caravan in each one with a shop or two for later on. As far as I can tell, they're all made for 12 settlers, mostly with single tennant homes, so these can be switch to multiperson homes if you want to push it without squeezing stuff in. You'll need to be a bit creative in late game if you want to add other municipal plots and more recreation plots. That said, they only have one level, so you can start editing them right away.
