Near the area of the walking patrol by that small church, just SW of Diamond City near the library, there are those raiders behind a fence. They aggroed to Jammer and Ophelia and attacked; J/O chased them down. Now they won't resume the quest pathing, they're just idling in the alley, and they Jammer only has his normal dialogue when I speak to him as if we were back at HQ. Ophelia doesn't say anything at all.

Tried leaving and coming back, bumping into them, etc. No effect. They live here now.

There are just 2 scripts running (aside from the birds). Both seem to be doing "SendToSleep" if I read the bytecode correctly. No scripts are suspended.

Any way I can break out of this and resume the quest?
