Between F4se for not working. Can’t find fallout4.exe. Go to clean stuff up in the HQ no hud showing. Recruit of people still don’t have enough facilities energy I ready to give up. Help anyone!
Make sure the people you recruited have a high Strength rating, it was suggested to me to recruit Mama Murphy, and Strong. If the people you have recruited have a low strength rating you can move them to a settlement the same way you do when at a settlement.Between F4se for not working. Can’t find fallout4.exe. No cluePlease don't give up! Did you try Loot? So strange it happen to me before a while back, how did this happen on your end?
F4SE needs to be in the same folder as Fallout4.exe(along with the other files that comes with it)- different versions of F4SE look for their own version of Fallout4.exe. Make sure you have the latest version of F4SE and Fallout 4. Then try launching the the game with "f4se_loader.exe"... though I think I read launching it the normal way using it's own launcher will still cause F4SE to load.Between F4se for not working. It's such a pain waiting or building up workers using the "entertainment" shacks, that I cheat. On PC, go into console - the "~" key - select a settler so they glow, and type:Make sure the people you recruited have a high Strength rating
That's why things like reshade and enb use the name of a Microsoft DX api(such as DXGI.dll) so it's loaded by the game 'thinking' it's the microsoft library, but instead it's the mod-author's dll library that then calls the Microsoft library functions as needed- like an injected 'middle' man, if you will.@Mystical Panda A very good Post! I wasn't thinking of it at all.
@mostyn30 YES i do the exact same thing as well.. So we all know the vibe here in the wasteland
Have you tried Reshade? It's not quite as cpu intensive and provides quite a few post processing effects; it's what I'm using here and the results are really nice. The only time I used ENB was to extended graphics memory when playing a game like FO3 or FNV where the game code and and loaded graphics were limited 4g and under(DX9 shadowed gpu memory in system ram iirc which took up the game's memory pool).@Mystical Panda that can really happen too! the ENB can make your game look like it was having a seizure! it happened to me on Skyrim, never wanted to use it again.
It's actually really nice and easy to setup. Just download the installer and it'll ask you for which game do you want to install it for- as it copies the files to the game's installation folder. Then will ask you which shaders you want- at first I checked them all off until I got an idea of the ones I wanted to use. I think I only use 3 total.@Mystical Panda - I heard a lot about Reshade and wanted to try it out!

EDIT: WOW Reshade Rocks!!!! Testing it now and wooooohooo!
can't find this but I'll take this one. ;-)I use the Fake HDR, Levels and Sharpening.
That looks nice! Here's a vid that I made and the Reshade part is about 10:14s in along with some graphics mods. It's an ultra-wide format 32x9 and I think any res below 2160 will look terrible.can't find this but I'll take this one. ;-)
Your's looks insane wow!!! As for the Mod I picked... Omg, it is very amazing!!! Along with it, more life-like! More epic on my MSI pc I love it.That looks nice! I know right.. Best place to be, and OMG we would LOVE to see this!!I love trying out things I read about in this forum. I'm now using both this and the memory manager stuff. My game is running well enough that I've gathered up both Hancock and Longfellow, my two favorite guys, and built a settlement on a custom site (Pra's Fairline Hills). Maybe I'll build a mansion there for them to live in while I fight Gunners, or who knows, maybe I can arm and armor them well enough to fight alongside me.
