Suggestion Assault Quest - Allow Fast Travel to Settlements

Currently, the outpost/vassal assault steps include:

1. discover/recon the settlement
2. snipe/remove the guards
3. use the War Planners Desk to activate an assault quest
4. once you receive the notification to join the assault, the settlement map marker is no longer highlighted and you can not fast travel to the settlement

With my recent CTDs while trying to approach Sunshine and using a workaround of fast traveling to Sunshine (see https://simsettlements.com/site/ind...inutemen-liberator-a-new-saga-update-2.13153/ ), I suggest changing the quest process to allow the discovered condition to remain and allow fast travel.
