ASAMs?

I'm hoping to do a plan for the contest (depending on my hand cooperating) and am just starting but I am wondering ... should we go through the bit with Jake? Pick up the magazine? How can we get ASAMs without going through the quest?

unlock everything with the tape, then console in some resources and build them at the planner's desk or build in god mode.

Or just use tgm in the console then you need no resources. Workshop Plus also has a Free build mode.
