ASAM Sensors

I need assistance with finding the ASAM Sensors so I can start.
You will get your 1st box of ASAM's and the City Manager Tape once you follow the stranger to Concord and then visit him in his workshop.

Here is a direct link to a video I did showing how that is started.
It is still uploading but it is viewable.

If you set up a recruitment beacon, someone should come along to sort that shortage out for you.
Edit: just seen your other post, so this won't help.

Okay, I found out what might be my problem. I had version D and reading elsewhere, from version E on those supermutants trade ASAM sensors for chalk. Guess I'm out of luck there. I'm going to update my version. Not sure if I'll load a previous save or not, the one with a minigun was crazy tanky and it was so hard to kill him.

Sorry for the multiple posts guys, I just wanted to confirm after updating Sim settlements 2 and reverting to an earlier save before I killed them, they now don't attack on site and give the quest. :D

Where are the ones that give ASAM's for chalk? Does anyone have a screen clip of the map location? This whole questline is just IMHO rooted and illogical sorry. Talking to super mutants?! No map marker to even say where to go?

It should be entered into your Quests tab as a "Misc Quest" once you get told about them. I get why people are missing that they're "friendly" though, you do get warned repeatedly to be in for a fight, but "friendly super mutants" have existed before; its only in the Bethesda Era that they basically turned into Orcs. (a lot of the SS Team really liked the older Fallout games)
