Are the rooms in cities with the city manager desk considered the players room?

I noticed that the rooms in cities where the manager desk is placed seem to be void of plots but decorated somewhat, are they intended to be the players "room/house"? And if they arnt is there a room for the player?

look for beds that say Player Bed , that's your room

Most do I think

I think about half of them have one. The bed will say "Your Bed" or "Your Sleeping Bag", something with "Your" in the name when you hover over it.

I admit to not realising that the city planners desk counted as a job for the assigned leader; so when designing my starlight city I put the desk in every iteration of my player's dwelling, can't be bothered to change it now

We did the same, usually the City Planner's Desk is in the player house, as the player is the one that actually needs to use it.
