After downloading and enabling Rise of the Commonwealth and having settlers start building in three different settlements, I can no longer access Vault 81. Upon entering the exterior of the vault, a large shelf is on the walkway. I can go around, but my companions cannot. The elevator used to go down into the vault is filled with a scaffolding and other clutter, leaving me unable to enter the elevator. I disabled RotC and was able to enter the elevator and descend, but the mod re-enables itself after every loading screen. Once I have descended, random clutter is appearing around the vault preventing Bobby de Luca from being able to take me to the secret vault for the Hole In The Wall quest, as well as blocking off the entryway to the secret vault. I have to disable the mod again for the clutter to disappear.
I tried swapping out Sims for Sims Lite, but it had no effect on the clutter in Vault 81. I had to delete the RotC entirely to get rid of the objects, which is unfortunate because the settlements I had being built now have random walls and floating objects that cannot be scrapped. Is anyone else having issues like this where random clutter is showing up in locations it should not be?
I have checked the list of conflicting mods and can confirm that I do not have any of them installed.
