Any way to reset building option list outside of the game? (Build list for plots only shows *random*)

When setting a plot to build, I 'activate' the plot to choose a specific plot I'm want, but it only shows random and nothing else. It used to happen randomly (usually with 3x3 plots) and could be resolved by clearing build cache with the holotape.

Now it is happening with more plots, including indoor and 2x2 residential plots and clearing the cache doesn't work anymore. The random option is there so other plots are still available, I just can't see them. (The random appears instantly when looking for different plots, I know usually the game takes a few seconds to make a build list when cache is reset but not anymore.)

All plots are unlocked through the SS quest line. All SS mods I have are up to date. I have other mods installed but I think most just add clothes or armor and are visual, nothing that edits buildings or script heavy.

Is there a way to clear the cache out of game? Like clearing a folder or something?

This is the thread I started and has some possible answers. If not I'm sure this is an issue that is being looked at but probably hard to recreate since it is random.

I re-installed some SS2 addons, and used the command: cqf ss2_main ForceUnlockAllBuildingPlans, let the game alone for a bit.

Things seem to be back to normal!
