Question Any agricultural plots give other bonuses besides happiness?

When I last played in 2017 I thought I recalled some agri plots giving water, but I'm not sure that's the case anymore. I'm trying to play by avoiding all generators, turrets for defense, and water pumps as I feel that my survivor wouldn't have the technical know how to make them until higher training in science, which will come much later as I'm starting higher CHR.

Is this something that's been changed?

Many industrial plots will provide water and power and many addons include those
Lots of changes since 2017 ,some agri plots may still provide extra bonus but not sure which ones .
