The Conqueror plugin makes an edit to Object Bounds NAM9 - Max, changing the value from 96.000000 to 97.000000. Seems innocuous enough until sorting with other plugins. Salvage Beacons and a myriad of other plugins contain this worldspace entry but don't change it from 96. Loot then apparently decides the Conq plugin should be placed before any plugin containing that max value of 96, making the change pointless and placing the Conq plugin higher in a given load order than it might otherwise be.
 
This was intentional, and will allow for another feature I'm working on. The mod Conquest makes a similar edit, so I'll have to look into what it does to deal with other mods restoring the number.
