Question all wardesk + jammer ablitys to do task not working

so at one point i tried to attack outpost jimja in order to make it an outpost to get the slog and stuff to the west on the map. now everything worked fine up until there. now when i interact with the desk new old or through jammer to attack recruit or anything nothing happens. its like the code is frozen both for attack and conquer settlement management and no more quest and there scenes are triggering. i can still ask ophilia and maul for the wall busters and collars but that's it. i run alot of mods. all mods are update. and sim settlements(plus rotc ir and addons) workshop framework and conquer are as high up on the mod load order. this has been happening since version 4.1.1. now ive done everything i can think of doing with the console to fix it.


any ideas on what to do

Yea I have the same problem I updated to 4.1.2
but I have no idea why I can not attack other outpost

simialr you should load up and check if you can keep doing conquer mian quest or other conquer stuff like recruitment and make sure its not just the war desk. and if you are getting a list prompt there is a range limit of some kind in place weridly ive noticed from where you attack from

As far as i can tell this issue perseist in 4.1.3
