Advanced Factory Hidden quest HELP! **Possible SPOILERS

So I build a circuitry factory in advanced factorys and then I got this quest: something about a handyman to electronics where the quest is to Re-Activate the facility??? What I really have to do to advance in this quest ??HELP!

There is this holotape which is encrypted and 4 computer terminals which do nothing and NO inserting the holotape to them does nothing..

For a start is the robot in a glass jar there yet? Can't miss him he'll be chatting away. Some of the quests require some patience, waiting for things to update. If he is there, there is a container in front of him, try putting things in there that need decrypting.

SO is the robot supposed to be doing something?? I putted the holotape into the INPUT but the robot is just laying in the ground??
