Add features from (now deleted mod) ss2 visitors

I made a new load order right before the nexus rules changed, so I missed the mod ss2 visitors before it was deleted, but I think it's features would be great if they were implemented and possibly expanded upon in the main SS2 mod. I've had some issues with the visitors from SS2 before, so I think possible mcm or options for them to be expanded or specified for certain locations, it would be a total banger.
 
It's almost comical, there's been more interest in that little hack-job of mine since I deleted it than there ever was while it was available.
 
what was wrong with it @ the hackjob part? I was tracking it for weeks while I was playing/modding skyrim , RIP

It was actually super simple and not done very "professionally", and I did not consider it feature-complete - I was midway through adding custom voice sets (with "added map marker" hooks to suggest new places to go via "gossip") and Vendor settings for them to make them actually interesting and mechanically useful.

I have a "successor" mod in the works that wont be linked to SS2 at all and will expand on the concept to be closer to what I originally imagined, though. (that will not be released even this year, kinda burned out on fo4 in general lately)
