Add an option to increase the rate at which new people join a settlement?

It seems so darn slow to me. I wasn't even sure if new people were joining, so I left and waited a total of nine days before a new person moved to Sanctuary.

Now, I don't remember if that's slower or faster than the time it takes in the base game, and there's really no objectively right speed... but it would be nice if it was configurable.

May i suggest Tales of the commonwealth? It adds in lots of recruitable NPCs in the world for you find.

Just wanted to clarify that it is "Settlers of the Commonwealth" (at the same link) that adds the recruitable, voiced NPCs. 100% compatible with SS2 (They each start with a 4 in all SPECIAL stats in my game).

"Tales of the Commonwealth" adds a lot of side quests to the game with voiced NPCs and is really really good but may or may not be compatible with Sim Settlements!

I <3 Seven

Settlers of the Commonwealth rocks and I have my own tweek on it that makes them each a little more specialized in their Specials. I also <3 Seven. Wish they wouldn't of cut the non voiced NPC's.

Also it seems a comm station will recruit a lot faster than a vanilla beacon that's for sure. almost too fast. I seem to be getting 3 new settlers every few in game days where there is a comm station whether I want them there or not.
