Suggestion A way for faction pack users to have access to Ophelia's toys

Title pretty much, I was thinking maybe add a recipe for crafting them yourself , via perk or something, if you chose to go Faction pack instead of raiders, Its pretty much impossible to get them unless you conquer half the map for the raider gang first , and that is pretty annoying rn , especially when the quests get stuck and you have to revert back to a previous save. Maybe get the perk once you claim an outpost for a different faction that is not Jammer's gang
