A Question About Saving

On a recent livestream, Kinggath was talking about the long save issue and suggested reducing the frequency of saving to help with sanity while the problem is being researched.
I have turned off saving/autosaving in as many areas as I can find, but about every ten minutes I continue to get the "Saving..." message while it forces a save (not an autosave). So every ten minutes my game will save for about 2-5 minutes/save.

Here is a list of what I'm running with. I am asking if anyone running a similar setup has encountered/resolved tuning off that periodic force save, and can tell me how to do it. I tried increasing the time to 30 minutes in the Fallout4Prefs ini, to no avail.

Steam version of Fallout4 (with all DLCs)
Run through Mod Organizer 2
Unofficial Patch
Horizon (so I'm using Script Extender)
Using No Sleep Til Bedtime to manually request autosaves
SS2/SS2 Chapter 2/SS2 ROTC
Workshop/HUD Framework
About a half dozen various mods that shouldn't have an effect on saving (the exceptions being Cheat Terminal or Survival Options, but again I've checked through the options of these).

Thanks to anyone who can offer guidance on this.

I'm pretty sure Horizon has it's own autosave system, if you didn't yet check out those settings (in-game).
I saw in the in-game holotape for Horizon there was a quicksave setting, set to 5 minutes. I toggled it off. I didn't spend a lot of time playing last night but that looks like it did the trick. On behalf of me and my sanity, thanks again.
