Ophelia won’t talk to me she just stands there and jammer is the same help I’m on Xbox
Make sure you kill all of the enemies in the building, or she never leaves combat and won't trigger the dialogue scene. There's a key to the library in the principal's office.
Hotfix is up - give that a go and let me know if it clears things up!
If Ophelia doesn't start a conversation, try killing the enemies in the library (you can find the key in the Principal's office on the first floor).
I have the same problem, i have the new fix, but all the enemies are dead and i can't talk to Ophelia, and when I try to speak to Jammer we both stand there and can't do anything, or say anything, have to either restart or load a save. I got the key and killed the guys in the library, not sure why they think there is still someone alive.
My assumption would be that one of the scripts didn't update.
If someone has this problem on PC and can send me a save I can look into other causes for it, but the code I added in the patch should handle every scenario I could dream up.

@Whitesacha - Looks like she got stuck in a weird corner for you. I'll look into a way to prevent that in the future.
Your personal solution is going to be to select her in console, then go up to the balcony on the 2nd floor overlooking the big room and run the console command: moveto player
After a few moments, she should start a dialogue scene with Jammer.

This problem's still persisting. Killed all enemies, and still can't get Jammer and Ophelia to talk to one another. They're in the right place (balcony just outside the door to the library), but they just stand there.
I ran into this too (4.05a), went back to a save where I just entered the HS, then used KAH and jammer teleported up to balcony and started the mentats convo.
@Nosimo - this is what I ended up doing to get past this. Thing is, this may cause an issue later on wherein both Jammer and Ophelia come back here after 'Wall Busting'.

The console kill command worked fine for me, Ophelia never got to move out of her magic trigger spot and jammer teleported to keep the quest going, I assume it completed correctly, it moved on to mentats and then the wall buster deal. The wall buster part wasn't particularly smooth it took a few minutes from me placing a wall to Ophelia deciding to place her charge but eventually it finished
Yep, "Wall Busting" can be like herding cats... Jammer has to get into position and so does Ophelia... but the explosion animation's wicked fun
I'm modifying the conditions for the post-combat scene between Ophelia and Jammer so that it should fire more reliably now. It should also not fire unless the player is upstairs now so you don't end up with awkward camera angles or being trapped under the balcony when it starts.

Bricked as in crashing due to City Plans? Or something else?
Got a hard crash not long after completing "Wall Busting". As in, complete lockup of the PC, forcing me to do a hard reboot. From then on, the game would start fine, I would be playing for a little while, and--hard crash.
Something else I experienced, was the loss of all audio in the game immediately following the explosion effect during "Wall Busting". Have to wonder whether the two were related some way.
