Bug 1.0.1 Barracks show as upgradable, but no available plans?

I'm not sure if I'd have to progress in some quest (this is survival, so I haven't even taken the castle!) or something, but the barracks clearly show as upgradable, I have the option in the ASAM Sensor, but I'm not getting any plans offered.

I did upgrade to 1.0.1 earlier this evening and did use the refresh plot option afterwards.
And I am running my first solar farm, too. So the mod itself does work.

Can I somehow help debug this some more? Or is it simply the quest state that needs to be completed?

Oh boy, my saves are a 230mods mess. With some selfmodded stuff and such. I doubt it would even start. xD

I do have this point of not having done the quests, yet - in that other thread it was discussed. So I might be able to fight my way to the castle this weekend and see if that changes anything.
 
Tried - doesn't load with mods disabled (and just the settlement ones running). :/

Also - I'm almost done with the castle (got there intact, the mirelurk hell is real, though. Next try I'll get me some chems and rock it.)
Going to be interesting to see if I can upgrade the plot, then.
 
I have a similar problem. After reinstalling the mod (1.0.1) I managed to see the Railroad, Institute and BoS plans but NOT the Minutemen one... and I am way past the "Castle quest" (I acually tried to set this barracks up in Castle). Please let me know if/how can I help with feedback/log or if there is a know workaround.
 
The minutemen will be fixed in the next patch, I'm currently trying to fix an issue with the brotherhood.

Understood. I'll hold off on updating the plots for now. Looking forward to setting up a variety of themed faction outposts.
 
I'm also having this issue.

I had the Minuteman barracks setup in Sanctuary but decided to move it to a new location, again, setup in Sanctuary. I now have zero options for upgrading the new Guard tent to the barracks.

Any news on this?
 
@Ben - When you move a plot you're resetting it to level 1 day 0 I guess. So it'll rebuild and become upgradable again... after some time.

They reset. After 5 days they will get an option to upgrade to level 2. Not sure how long after than to level 3, as none of mine have reached level 3 yet.
 
@JtBryant I demolished a railroad level 2 barracks and build a new guard tent in a different location. It has been 5 in game days and I no longer have the option to make it a railroad barracks. I only have the option to make it a brotherhood outpost. Is there anyway to "reset" the barracks plot to present all currently valid options ?
