Fixed Floating Clutter? (Xbox)

Okay so I'm having an issue on the Xbox One relating to the Industrial add on, I created a lumber mill and over time it was ready to upgrade (I had the advanced ones set to manual upgrade) but I never upgraded it and I ended up feeling like moving it. I don't remember if I scrapped it or stored...
