Hello everyone around! Sim Settlement for some reason is not working properly for me. This is my first time using Sim Settlements. It is installed using NMM, getting version 3.4.6a off of Nexus. No complaints NMM- or LOOT-wise. It shows up in the ingame mod-overview-thingy as well as in MCM...
