Double dipping caps?
In Sanctuary, when upkeep > income, I still get caps appearing in the workshop. * New start with 3.2.0, upgraded to 3.2.1 * Settings = Throw Everything at Me * Personal build (no city plan, no leader) * Fair amount of build then scrap as I tried to minimize upkeep while proving adequate power...- Windscion
