    Fixed Commercial Requirements - Status change notifications

    @kinggath I have noticed that when I change the option in the holotape for "Commercial Requirements", a little notification happens at the bottom letting me know that it has changed and what it has changed to - this is great and very helpful. However, it looks like these notification messages...
