    Are you running other mods apart from Sim Settlements? What you are describing does sound like a script issue or a mod conflict or both.

    May I ask which city are you seeing this issue in? On a side note I vaguely remember encountering this myself on one occasion; the energy reading stuck red in '7' however I did not experience the rest of the issues you describe, the city continued getting populated just fine.

    One of the possible reasons why the energy reading is in red is because one or more of the energy producing objects need repairing. When you select the generator(s) in workshop mode do you get the option to repair?

    Did I misread your post or did you just say that we cannot 'brute force' it but we can? If papyrus is multithreaded and the limitation is the available time to process the scripts then the higher the instructions per clock, clock frequency and available cores/threads the more papyrus can...

    Nope, it shouldn't. It has been reported. It relies one some assets from the CC add-on so it won't work without it. If you don't have the add-on don't build it, it will be glitched.

    Yep, unpacking the missing textures is what I have done as a workaround. The missing folders are: \hi_bettergardens\food \hi_bettergardens\Landscape \hi_bettergardens\posters \hi_bettergardens\windows \actors\character\FaceCustomization\home_improvements_all.esp

    Altair had... a bit of a time getting the molerats - and critters in general - to behave. My educated guess is that whatever - faction or otherwise - voodoo he used has not translated well to the merged version.

    You will also very likely experience other issues with textures on kevbal's plots. It would seem that some texture subfolders inadvertently were left out from the .ba2 file.

    At the very least the texture \windows\windowsres01_d.dds is missing from the .ba2 file which is what is causing the purple windows in some of the AiO plots.

    I get the missing glass textures from the windows - about to have a look at the texture/material paths - but not the corrupted textures on the walls. My walls load just fine.

    Yes and no. If you do not break precombines - which is what happens when you edit cells like Scrap Everything does - you may find that you cannot select the leaves by themselves because they are part of larger combined object. Said that what will happen is that scrapped objects will not yield...
