I did a video on this quest but it was for an earlier version where I could get more darts. I was a bit confused but I planted down a commercial plot and chose any clinic and he accepted it just fine.

I got a caravan plot that came with the city plan and I build a second caravan plot in County Crossing..... the surrounding settlements are connected but not this one. I am so fustrated. I keep refreshing the plots and reassigning the guys but it just simply will not connect. Any suggestions?

I got an update on Odette. I used the recycleactor command (on camera) and about a week of time passed before she showed up again in Sanctuary. There was no change in her behavior except now she stands by the workshop instead of just the outskirts of the settlement. That's it.

What does that do? It made Odette disappear
