I’m having the same problem, I’m hoping that as it’s being posted by a few people it’ll be fixed soon. I’m going to try your fix, as I’m not going any further other wise.

Ok just an update. I did a fresh play through without Depravity in and exactly the same problem. If there’s any way of starting the “a blast from the past” quest via console command or any other way I could look into the problem myself please let me know. I’d really like to keep playing.

I got to just before starting A blast from the past, but Jammer would ask if I wanted to investigate, then no dialog options. I went played on thinking it would fix itself, when it didn't I went digging and saw that I would go from stage 175 ,take one more settlement then go to stage 300 and not...

Is it normal for the kgConq_RaiderGang quest to go from stage 175 > 300? If not I think this is why the quest stopped working for me. If you know how the quest is suppose to progress please tell me so I know if I should start over. ( I'm level 27 so don't want to if I can help it.
