OK, tried the scrap all command console. No crash until I tried to fast travel out of there. I haven't used the transfer settlements mod yet so I have to catch up on that one. I didn't build those lights and have a couple of turrets but more missile than MG but those lights may be in the plot...

I should mention that I used a save that had already reset the build limit back to the min. Also I used fast travel.
