update! I raided outpost zomanja to see if it was a thing with raiding in general. worked as intended, but still ctd in outpost zamonja.

when I try to raid Jamaica plane it just crashes to desktop. I never had the problem when visiting Jamaica plain before. and I don't think I have any mods that do anything with Jamaica plane.

I didn't kill Preston the first time when it was available , but now when I try to shoot to him hostile he just gets back up like it was nothing. was that the only time I can kill him?

UPDATE!! the method partially worked, but it was weird. I assigned them to vanilla guard posts, but I crouched down as if I was gonna pick pocket them. the guard option showed up, and I was able to manually change it to warrior. is this normal?

I managed to get one warrior, but it was random. are they supposed to be jobless or something? because the one I found wasn't assigned to anything before hand. and I didn't see that warrior icon above. it just got me into the warrior.

I turned off soldiers needs and the war planners desk doesn't let me do anything. how do I change workers to warrior?
