    issue is: those plans do not have comm stations (I've only built those in manual settlements that got large enough to justify them). I do have 6 settlements using plans, but 4 of them are misbehaving.

    You could also change the plot type to something else and convert an interior plot of the new type to agricultural (if you actually want to have an agri plot in hangmans alley).     You can override the author's choice. Simply select another plan in the ASAM sensor menu. Agricultural plots usually have dirt attached or have massive foundations. But most industrial plots won't have attached dirt (usually noted as "use with any foundation")

    For some buildings, it works, for example Hazmat Processing for Tier 3 Nuclear and the Tier 3 Nuclear requirement of Microfusion garage. Filtration plant still needs Coal Pit in the same settlement.

    Will this then preserve the leader bonuses? I've only noticed this from time to time as the leaders took their employment in their own hands and wandered off to other jobs.
